Edward J. Gildea

Chairman of the Board

With more than 20 years of success working for public and private, Fortune 250 and startup companies, including Quality Metric Incorporated, Grolier Incorporated and Kellogg Company, Mr. Gildea has been involved at the highest executive level in strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, finance, corporate governance, negotiations, and domestic and international securities activities. Further areas of global expertise include public disclosure, intellectual property, and new business development. Assignments have been varied and the consistent success of the teams directed by Mr. Gildea has proven the effectiveness of his skill to shareholders, board members, senior managers and other stakeholders. Mr. Gildea holds an AB from College of the Holy Cross and a JD from Suffolk University Law School.

Robert E. Cell

Mr. Cell has been a director since April 2006. Until 2005, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Cool Sign Media Inc., a leading provider of digital advertising and signage. From 2000 to 2004, he held several executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, at Blue Martini Software, Inc., a publicly held provider of client relationship management software applications. Since 2005, Mr. Cell has acted as a consultant to several public and private companies. Mr. Cell holds a B.S. and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

John P. DeVillars

Mr. DeVillars is a Founder and Partner of BlueWave Strategies and Managing Partner of its affiliated investment group, BlueWave Capital. He currently advises brownfield developers and environmental and renewable energy companies in the areas of project management, financing and capital sourcing, regulatory approvals, community and government relations and business development. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. DeVillars served as the New England Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Under his leadership EPA New England was recognized as a national leader in smart growth, regulatory reform, environmental technology, and brownfields development, winning more awards for successful reform than any other EPA office.

Mr. DeVillars previously served as Secretary of Environmental Affairs for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Chairman of the Board of the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, and Chief of Operations for Massachusetts Governor Michael Dukakis. From 1991 to 1994, he was Director of the Environmental Services Group for Coopers & Lybrand where he initiated and led the firm's environmental management systems group. He has received numerous awards for his environmental service, including the President's Award of the Nature Conservancy, given annually for national leadership in environmental affairs.

Mr. DeVillars holds an MPA from Harvard University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. He serves on the Board of Directors of Clean Harbors, Inc. and the Massachusetts Environmental Trust as well as several other privately held energy and environmental corporations and non-profit organizations. From 1999 to 2003 Mr. DeVillars held the position of Lecturer in Environmental Policy in the Department of Urban Studies and Planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and continues to lecture at MIT, the Harvard Graduate School of Design and the Kennedy School of Government.

Edward A. Stoltenberg

Mr. Stoltenberg is a Managing Director of Phoenix Financial Services, an investment banking firm which provides financial services to middle market public and private companies.  He has been with Phoenix since 1999.   Mr. Stoltenberg is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A from Ohio Wesleyan University and an M.B.A from the University of Michigan.
